Agro-industrial biocluster

Agroindustrial biocluster is a complex of deep processing for grain crops (up to 1 mln. tonnes per year) and of interconnected production facilities where enterprises supply each other with feedstock and products.

The “heart” of the biocluster will be a plant for deep processing of grain crops and vegetable biomass which will allow as a result of repartition almost 8-fold increase in the feedstock cost. It is planned to achieve non-waste production by way of transformation of biological wastes into electric power, heat and organic fertilizers (all objects of Biocluster will be equipped with relevant installations). Construction of a system of minielevators within a radius of 150 km from processing complex will provide high-quality underworking and storage of grain crops, and will also allow to improve situation with grain storages.

Within the biocluster it is provided to produce wide variety of goods from vegetable biomass deep processing:
• gluten;
• starch;
• ethanol from waste products for the purpose of its further use in the production of high-octane additives for gasolines;
• other high-quality products of plant cultivation.
The second stage of production facilities within biotechnological complex will include established production of ferments, amino acids, organic acids, vitamins, bioactive additives and other products of deep processing of grains part of which is not produced in Russia nowadays.
The grain cultivated in the fields of Group “APK “Titan” will be supplied to the plant of deep processing of grains and biomass and provender mill. Besides, DDGS produced on the grains deep processing plant will also be supplied to provender mill. Pelleted feed will be used on pig complex and poultry complex which, in turn, will supply meat plant with feedstock and fields of “GC “Titan” with fertilizers. Thus, the cluster approach is realized, where enterprises have different degree of dependence on each other.

Objects of biocluster:

Deep processing plant for grain crops and vegetable biomass

Products: gluten (15 thousand tonnes/year); edible starch “А” (88 thousand tonnes/year); DDGS – high-proteine fodder additive (210 thousand tonnes/year); bioethanol-feedstock for the making of ETBE (150 thousand tonnes/year) and other.
Uniqueness: the only plant in Russia of such a profile; technology of nano-porous polylayer membranes used in the process of absolutization of ethanol produced from feed grain.

Provender mill 

Production: mixed fodder (up to 250 thousand tonnes/year).
Uniqueness: individual design, which provides flexible control of production, operational variation of mixed fodder composition.

Pig-breeding complex  

Capacity: 100 thousand head per year.
Uniqueness: arrangement of objects with consideration of sanitation gaps, high rates of livestock safekeeping; livestock of hybrid sows of F1 strain.

Poultry-breeding complex for turkey growing

Capacity: 1,15 million head per year.
Uniqueness: arrangement of objects with consideration of sanitation gaps, high rates of livestock safekeeping; optimal technology of poultry growing; lack of similar facility behind the Urals.

Meat processing and packing plant of integrated treatment

Capacity: 30 thousand tonnes/year.
Products: meat and fatty production, sausage, meat half-finished goods and ready dishes, technical production for the making of mixed fodder: technical fat, meat and bone flour etc.
Uniqueness: high-tech production facility designed according to the modern world tendencies with consideration of the strictest sanitation norms provided by EC standards.
